“ Beyond helping our social cognition, reading fiction can expand our world and our understanding of its complexities. Good authors are master observers of the human condition and can expose us to experiences outside our comfort zone.”👌🏽

Thank you @BexBookaholic ! So glad you enjoyed Something Black in the Lentil Soup.
With echoes of A Confederacy of Dunces, both in terms of the self-aggrandising hero and the humour that weaves the narrative together, this is a highly entertaining read.
